Our refund and returns policy extends to 3 days from the original purchase date. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom-made or personalized items
Important Notice for Digital Products
If you purchase any digital product, it is your responsibility to download and safely store the product to your hard drive, external drive, cloud storage, or any preferred location immediately after purchase.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may only offer a partial refund:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 3 days after delivery

Sale Items and Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll send a refund to them.
