Overview
At Computer Dukan (powered by Bluetech Computers), we aim to provide a seamless experience for all your IT hardware and software needs. Our refund and returns policy extends to 3 days from the original purchase date for physical items. After this 3-day period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Important Notice for Digital Products Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of software keys, digital licenses, and downloadable products are final.
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital software once the product key or license has been delivered via email/WhatsApp and activated.
If you purchase any digital product, it is your responsibility to download and safely store the product to your hard drive, cloud storage, or any preferred location immediately after purchase.
If you face any technical issues with the activation of a genuine key, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue with the respective brand.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
Downloadable software products and digital keys
Opened physical software boxes or CDs/DVDs
Custom-made or personalized desktop builds
Items missing serial numbers, UPC tags, or original accessories
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned physical item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may only offer a partial refund (at our sole discretion) for:
Items with obvious signs of use or opened packaging.
Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival (Dead on Arrival). If you receive a defective physical product, please contact us within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video or photos.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
